Everyone’s recovery journey is their own. SMART Recovery 4-Point Meetings are for adults 18 or older who wish to modify addictive or problematic behaviors whether substance use or other behaviors. SMART stands for Self Management And Recovery Training. It is a science-based, non-religious program that can stand alone or be used along with other recovery programs. There are no fees and no registration requirements. Just show up.
